Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may require a subscription or in-app purchase through Google Play. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and trial handling are managed by Google Play according to its policies and the offer shown at purchase time.

Document responsibility

You are responsible for checking that edited or signed documents meet your needs and the requirements of any recipient, organization, or legal process. PDF Fill & Sign does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

ChatPDF and AI-assisted output

ChatPDF and similar features may generate summaries or answers from document content. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. Always review important information yourself or consult a qualified professional when needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to violate laws or third-party rights.

Availability

We may update, change, limit, or discontinue features. Some features depend on device permissions, network access, Google Play services, or third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

PDF Fill & Sign is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or document errors caused by your use of the app.
